Cellulose (natural cotton/flax[linen]/viscose fibres)
Fabrics produced from these fibres are strong, resistant to ironing at high temperatures and washable. The fibres are naturally very prone to creasing (after washing, for example). They are therefore treated with synthetic resins during the finishing process. This reduces the tendency to crease, shrink in the wash or sag.
